A broad bandwidth of materials can be processed with a very high quality in their cutting results. This eradicates expensive additional costs for finishing. With waterjet cutting, the cut material is influenced neither by thermal nor processing forces. It is therefore able to process on a boundless range of materials.
Actem supports it's customers along the whole of the process chain; from the construction of the parts to be manufactured, the production using laser and waterjet cutting coupled with bending, right through to the automation process. Actem uses its competence to provide it's customers with high quality and application.
Laser cutting can process sheet metal, mild up to 20mm, stainless up to 15mm and aluminium up to 10mm. Rapid conversion to the optional rotary axis with tailstock for tube and profiling processing; best possible access to the cutting area.
